New admission requirements for master's programs in Fall 2020
A master's program is required to simultaneously satisfy the following two conditions to admit new students in Fall 2020.
1- Total number of new students registered in the thesis and non-thesis options of the program must be at least 5.
2- When the new students registered in the thesis and non-thesis options of the program are listed in increasing order of their scholarship percentages, the average scholarship percentage of the first five students in the list must be no more than 50%.
In case a program is ineligible to admit new students due to these conditions, those students who made a payment for registration as a new students in Fall 2020 will receive a full refund.
The masters programs in English Language Education and Mechanical Engineering, which are to admit their first students in Fall 2020, are exempt from these new requirements.
