Solving the increasingly important and complex problems within the constraints time, resources, environment, security, social factors, economy, and similar phenomena is an important problem encountered in the field of Civil Engineering. Although education and training provided at the undergraduate level is sufficient to introduce the basic fields of the profession to students, it is necessary to further specialize with in-depth knowledge required to tackle large projects with integrated sustainability components and to advance the technical infrastructure in parallel with technological developments. This level of training is provided at the graduate level. The aim of this program is to equip next generation of civil engineers with the skills to solve current and complex civil engineering problems with sustainable approaches and design decisions.
