Engineering Management Master's Program

In today's highly competitive environment, it is important for managers to understand the technical and social processes of a business organization, to follow the international developments in their sectors with respect to these areas, and to monitor their competitors.

For this purpose, graduates holding a bachelor’s degree in management or social sciences such as business administration and economics should acquire skills of applying optimization based analytical methods in decision-making processes of manufacturing and service systems. Similarly, graduates of engineering and natural sciences programs, such as mathematics and statistics, should learn basic management principles and optimization of decision-making processes.

This program also offers the participants the opportunity to learn how to turn an innovative idea into a new product or service along with the most efficient ways of managing business operations.

Due to their interdisciplinary character, the program courses are jointly offered by the Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering and Civil Engineering departments.
